About the estate:

Ch. les Tours de Peyrat is a 16-hectare family estate (certified organic) planted on the clay-limestone soils of Saint-Paul-de-Blaye, run since 2000 by Christelle Sauboua. It is part of the Cars cooperative (1937), renamed "Châteaux Solidaires" in 2011, which vinifies separately the harvests of a dozen member châteaux, selected with great rigor.
