Château Mayne-Guyon
Château Mayne-Guyon extends its 22-hectare vineyard near the town of Blaye, on a clay-limestone terroir in the Premières Côtes de Blaye AOC. Château Mayne-Guyon's vines are grown in a very traditional way, and after a selective harvest, vinification takes place under the watchful eye of property manager Xavier Stoll, who subjects Château Mayne-Guyon's AOC Premières Côtes de Blaye wines to quality controls at every stage of their maturation.

As a result, Château Mayne-Guyon delivers a Premières Côtes de Blaye that offers exceptional value for money for the appellation.

Note : Guide Hachette 3***(Exceptional wine)
" This 22-hectare estate, taken over in 1995, has produced a simply exceptional wine. Black and red fruits, cloves, toasty and smoky notes: the nose is of rare complexity. Ample, round and full-bodied, with a solid structure, the palate is in tune. Notes of candied black fruit and roasted coffee (mocha, toast) express themselves with intensity. A very promising wine, to be kept for three to five years and served with game". (Guide Hachette des Vins 2010)
