Château Belle-Garde
Château Belle-Garde is owned by the Duffau family, Bordeaux winegrowers since 1850, who also own Château les Arromans de Garde. Both estates consistently produce top-quality Bordeaux, Bordeaux Supérieur and Bordeaux Dry wines at unprecedented prices.

The 46 hectares of vineyards are located on different soil types (clay-limestone, clay-gravel and sand-gravel) in the communes of Genissac, Moulon, St Sulpice de Faleyrens, Nérigean and Grézillac in the Entre-deux Mers region. Most of Château Belle-Garde 's terroir is located on the slopes opposite Saint-Emilion, benefiting from a southern exposure and good sun exposure.

The grape varieties are 80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, for the estate's red and rosé wines. Château Belle-Garde white wines are made from Sauvignon and Sémillon grapes.

"Aged 12 months in oak, this magnificent 2018 is dressed in a deep color streaked with ruby highlights. The nose is open and expresses black and red fruits with a fine woodiness. Wrapped in a crunchy fruitiness, the very long palate is ample, fleshy and warm, supported by silky tannins and underlined by a pleasant freshness. Very well-balanced ".
