About the estate:
Bordeaux or Bordeaux Supérieur, red, white, or rosé, Éric Duffau brilliantly vinifies regional AOC wines. In 1979, he took over the family estate located in Entre-deux-Mers, on the left bank of the Dordogne River. His 46-hectare vineyard is mainly located on hillsides facing Saint-Émilion.

About wine:
A beautiful series of reds in the 2012 vintage. The simple Bordeaux is pleasantly fruity with tannins that will mellow over two or three years.
About the estate:
Éric Duffau demonstrates that Bordeaux grape varieties harvested at the right maturity, carefully vinified and aged soberly, produce impeccable wines at an excellent price point in all three colors. The clay soils on limestone bases, located mainly in Génissac and Moulon, impart all their flavors to the wines, but slightly excessive oak can mask the spontaneity of the fruit.
