This white Bordeaux is a blend of Sauvignon (blanc and gris) and Semillon, and is highly aromatic on the nose, developing notes of citrus fruit, yellow peach and white flowers. About the domain :

Whether Bordeaux or Bordeaux Supérieur, red, white or rosé, Éric Duffau is a master at making regional AOC wines. In 1979, he took over the family estate in Entre-deux-Mers, on the left bank of the Dordogne. His 46-hectare vineyard is mostly located on hillsides facing Saint-Émilion.

About the domain :

Éric Duffau demonstrates that Bordeaux grape varieties harvested at the right time of ripeness, vinified with care and aged soberly, produce irreproachable vintages at excellent prices in all three colors. The clay terroirs on limestone bedrock, located mainly in Génissac and Moulon, bring out the full flavor of the cuvées, but excessive oakiness can mask the spontaneity of the fruit.
