Élaboré à partir d’un assemblage de vins issus de différents vignobles partenaires, Cheval Noir Bordeaux Blanc est le reflet du savoir-faire et des compétences des œnologues. Un profond travail de recherche est mené dans le vignoble bordelais pour identifier les terroirs les plus propices à une maturité du cépage Sauvignon Blanc qui constitue en majorité le vin de Cheval Noir Bordeaux Blanc. Le Sémillon apporte rondeur au vin. Ce Bordeaux est un vin blanc frais, à boire dans sa jeunesse accompagné d'un apéritif dinatoire, de crustacés ou d'une viande blanche.

About the domain :

The name refers to the powerful black horses used for harvesting in the 19th century, and became a brand in 1895, the oldest in Bordeaux. It was taken over in 1937 by the venerable Mähler-Besse trading house, founded in 1892 and co-owner of Château Palmer in Margaux. The estate covers 4.5 ha.

Still a little young but already very pleasant, lively and suitable for shellfish, for example.
