Château La Rose du Pin
Château La Rose du Pin is owned by the Ducourt family. It all began in 1858, in a small village in the Entre-Deux-Mers region... Owner of Château des Combes, the Ducourt family settled in the hamlet of Hourc, in the commune of Ladaux. Pierre Ducourt, Bernard Ducourt's great-grandfather, arrived on the family property in 1885. He was succeeded in 1919 by his son Louis, who gave the estate 9 hectares of vines.

Henri Ducourt's arrival on the estate in 1951 marked the beginning of a new era for Vignobles Ducourt. An ambitious and courageous winegrower, with the help of his 3 children (Bernard, Marie-Christine and Philippe), he revitalized his winegrowing business and today makes this family vineyard one of the largest winegrowing units in the Bordeaux region (440 hectares, 12 châteaux).

The Ducourt spirit has always favored the expression of terroir, thanks to the implementation of ever more innovative techniques in the service of quality. Following in the footsteps of the great Bordeaux wines, all the properties, including Château La Rose du Pin, have been part of the quality process since 1996. They are certified to ISO 9001, a company management standard that guarantees the quality of their expertise.

"Sustained, youthful color. Deep nose, with ripe red and black fruit flavors and a heady floral presence. Structured palate, combining fruit and freshness with polished tannins. The whole is balanced, long and dense. A fine wine " (Le Guide des Vins 2018 - Gilbert & Gaillard)

"A dashing wine

"Bright, light yellow with green highlights. Pleasant nose combining citrus, white fruit and a hint of minerality. On the palate, a well-balanced, typical wine that expresses itself with welcome intensity. One notes with pleasure its precision and judicious exuberance " (Le Guide des Vins 2022 - Gilbert & Gaillard). Oysters, seafood - now's the time to enjoy it!
