Labadie's Alouette is a dry white wine that owes its unusual character to the high proportion of Sauvignon Gris, a grape variety that has become rare in the Médoc region. It has a mineral character accompanied by fruity notes of passion fruit and citrus, and a very mellow and discreet woodiness that gives it an explosive quality. Enjoy with a seafood gratin, scallops, or fine fish in sauce!

Nice balance with a more mellow acidity than an Entre-deux-Mers.

First bottle disappointing. Weak bouquet, very little intensity. Light and not very complex on the palate. To be seen with the next ones.
