Note: "Special Trophy" (better than Gold!) at the Concours Mondial du Sauvignon (blend category)
This reserve cuvée, composed of 52% Sauvignon, 38% Sémillon, and 10% Muscadelle, is produced in the Entre-Deux-Mers region. A fresh and convivial white wine, very aromatic with citrus notes and delicious hints of passion fruit. The attack is lively and frank, both smooth and crisp, with some very slight peppery nuances. A pure pleasure to share this summer!

Bettane & Desseauve
Rated estate (2019 guide) 3 stars (High-quality production, serving as a benchmark in its sector)
About the estate:
The Despagne family owns five estates and 300 hectares of vineyards planted with traditional Bordeaux grape varieties. The Despagnes' seriousness, inventiveness, and skill mean that all their wines, particularly those from their flagship properties, Tour de Mirambeau and Rauzan Despagne, could serve as a model for many Bordeaux wines: always flattering but never straying far from Bordeaux classicism. Here, the wines are always very harmonious.

I am surprised that the label does not include any contact details for the winegrower, only an agricultural cooperative (SCEA), and no information about the grape variety or winemaking process. Perhaps this was mentioned in your description, but I don't like buying wine without knowing its exact origin. That said, it is good value for money.
