In 2008, Simon Blanchard, Julien Lavenu and Stephane Derenoncourt took over the company. Château La Croix Lartigue for the potential of its terroir in Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux. Indeed, this locality reveals a gravelly overlay deposited by the river on the heights of the appellation's limestone plateaux. Château La Croix Lartigue also boasts fine marly slopes with different exposures.

The technical facilities at Château La Croix Lartigue are state-of-the-art. The team's job has been to make sacrifices in the vineyard to revive the vitality of the vines (very severe pruning, mechanical working of the soil, etc.).

At Château La Croix Lartigues, the grapes are harvested by hand, and the wine undergoes very little manipulation right up to bottling, to preserve all its integrity.
