Château Reynats
Château Reynats is a small family estate located between Pauillac and Saint-Estèphe, in the heart of the Haut-Médoc appellation, not far from Château Mouton Rothschild and Château Pontet Canet. Château Reynats is managed by Jean-Claude Gallier.

Château Reynats has a small vineyard of just 5 hectares, planted on clay-limestone and gravel soils, with a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Château Reynats has always favored low-intervention methods in the production of its crus. The vines are cultivated in accordance with Médoc traditions, and the grapes are harvested by hand with double sorting, in the vineyard and in the cellar. Château Reynats wines are aged in high-quality oak barrels.

90/100 Robert Parker

" Tasted at a 2010 Crus Bourgeois tasting in London, it has a classic graphite bouquet tinged with tobacco nuances, with an abundance of black fruit and superb definition. The palate is medium-bodied, with fine, pleasantly grippy tannins and a tobacco finish of great distinction. Lots of finesse. Drink now through 2018. " (Neal Martin's Wine Journal - eRobertParker.com). Located in the heart of the Médoc between Pauillac and Saint-Estèphe, this is a Cru-Bourgeois with all the makings of a great wine. Enjoy this 2010 now with red meat or game, or cellar it for a few years...
