Château d'Escurac
Château d'Escurac is located on one of the Médoc's highest croups, in the Bordeaux region. Château d'Escurac is owned by the Landureau family, who fell under its spell and acquired it in 1934. Jean, the horse-loving grandfather, transformed the property into a stud farm and devoted himself to his passion. His son Jean-Michel diversified the estate's activities, developing vine cultivation and taking his grapes to the cooperative cellar. In the end, it was Jean-Marc Landureau, his grandson and current owner, who decided to devote his life to extracting the very best from this beautiful terroir.

The vineyards of Château d'Escurac, located in the Médoc appellation, are cultivated using the "lutte raisonnée" method: plots grassed over naturally or by sowing, double Guyot or cordon pruning, leaf thinning and green harvesting depending on the plot. At Château d'Escurac, vinification is traditional and the wines are aged in barrels for 12 months.

"Confirms the excellent impression we had during the en primeur tastings. Harmonious nose, offering melted fruit, sweet floral notes and elegant oak, mouth up to scratch, with depth, tasty tannins and great length. Matter, potential, balance, it has it all. Very Medoc.
