About the domain :
"Bouscaut now appeals to us thanks to the frankness of its wines. A great deal of progress has been made by Sophie and Laurent Cogombles, who have put all their heart, time and energy into turning around the viticulture and vinification of this Graves cru classé. The originality of this terroir is perfectly apparent in the latest vintages: the white wines, made from a grape variety that had previously been equally divided, have since 2011 seen an increase in Sauvignon from 50% to 60% in the blend (53% in 2012). They possess charm and substance, while the reds, marked by Merlot and a hint of Malbec in some vintages, have gained in body and textural quality.
