Château La Confession
4/5See the 1 reviews
Located on the heights of the clay-limestone plateau of Saint-Émilion, the Château La Confession covers 7 hectares of vines. The property belongs to the Janoueix family, originally from Corrèze. In the 20th century, they began producing and selling wine. A few years later, Jean-Philippe Janoueix fell in love with Bordeaux vineyards and acquired a number of châteaux in the region, including Château Cap Saint-George and Château La Croix Saint-Georges.
The vineyards of Château La Confession benefit from the experience and knowledge of Jean-Philippe Janoueix's estates. The vines are fully drained, disbudded, leaf-thinned and ploughed, the harvest is green and the grapes are picked in small crates... The efforts made by its owner enable Château La Confession to offer the same quality as the finest Saint-Émilion wines.

"Flowers, licorice and red cherries emerge from the nose and palate. Round, soft, polished and fresh, with freshness, length and lots of sweet fruit on the palate. You can enjoy it after just a few years of bottle ageing. Drink from 2024 to 2036." (Jeff Leve 2021) - Delivery in wooden case for orders of 6 bottles of this wine (excluding Point Relais delivery).
