Vinified by Stéphane Derenoncourt, this Saint-Emilion Grand Cru exudes delicate toasted aromas of coffee and mocha. When aerated, notes of black fruit tart appear, followed by distinct flavors of Burla cherries. The attack on the palate is powerful and broad, with the nuanced aromas suggested by the nose: wild berries, blueberries... The tannins are fine, and the aromas open up with subtle spicy notes. Its high proportion of Merlot (95%) brings roundness, suppleness, and a silkiness that makes it a perfect match for the famous Bordeaux-style cep mushrooms!
