"A romantic tower amidst the vines gives the estate its name. Once again, this estate offers a fine wine, "classic but without austerity", as one taster summed it up. This is a very pleasant, homogeneous Saint-Estephe, with a fruity (redcurrant, blackcurrant, blackberry), smoky bouquet, a dense, well-balanced palate and well-integrated tannins. (Le Guide Hachette des Vins). A generous red, with a delicious finish!

Expert opinion
Bettane & Desseauve
Rated 15/20 (Very good wine)
Domaine noté (guide 2015) Sélectionné (An estate or house that has won us over with one or more wines from its production, without us being able to give a general opinion on the style of the entire range)
About the wine:
A silky, velvety wine with fine tannins.
About the domain :
The medieval tower is gone, but the Termes parcel at the entrance to the village of Saint-Corbian has survived and still bears the 16-hectare vineyard acquired by the Anney family.

Guide des Vins Gault & Millau
Rated 15.5/20 (Very good)
About the wine:
The intense nose reveals aromas of spices and animal notes on a palette of black fruits. Supple on the palate, it has great volume and a fine tannic structure. Fruity nuances and generosity give it a gourmet finish.

Domaine noté Sélectionné (We remind you that this guide is a prize list, and as such, all the estates that appear in it, even without a star, represent, in our eyes, the excellence of French production).
About the domain :
A magnificent tower of Gallo-Roman origin gave its name to this Saint-Estèphe estate, which owes its renown to the Anney family. Christophe, who has been at the helm since 1979, has worked hard to develop and modernize the estate. In recent years, the wines produced have been consistently delicious, in a style that is always highly digestible and elegant.
