Château Roustit

Château Roustit is a family-run business, dating back to before 1943. Since then, the 16-hectare estate has been run by Mr. Dubourg. The white vines cover 9 hectares in the Sainte-Croix-du-Mont appellation. The soils are clay-limestone and gravel.

Château Roustit grapes are harvested in successive sortings, by hand. The sweet white wine is clear and golden in color, with a fine nose of exotic fruit, mango and citrus aromas and light spicy notes. On the palate, it leaves a delicious freshness and a pleasant aromatic persistence with notes of lime blossom.
