"A Pinot Noir of great tenderness with acidulous aromas of blackcurrant and blackberry".

This is a wine of character, powerful and full-bodied. Incredibly structured, it will charm you with its notes of blackcurrant and blackberry, on a finely woody finish.

About the domain :

The Domaine owns twenty-two hectares of vines, including eight hectares of red Chorey and one hectare of white Chorey, the rest are spread over Savigny, Aloxe-Corton, Beaune and Pernand-Vergelesses. The entire harvest is bottled bottled. Pascal Arnoux and his wife Caroline are now assisted by their son Jean-Baptiste in the vinification winemaking and vineyard work, and their daughter Audrey for marketing and communications. Since 2014, the new stainless steel vats with thermoregulation, to better control fermentation temperatures. The soils are ploughed, and the grapes are harvested by hand, with a sorting table at harvest reception. The whites are aged for ten months, with 10% new barrels. The reds benefit from a three-week vatting period twelve months (10% new barrels for village appellations, 20% for premier crus). In certain years, the quality of the grapes allows us to keep around 20% of the whole harvest, balance is always important; we want to promote aromatic complexity while retaining substance, the tannins must hold the wine together". the wine".
