Notes : Robert Parker 94/100, RVF 17/20, Bettane & Desseauve 17/20
Les Preuses is a rather feminine cuvée, expressing flattering honeyed aromas that are quickly followed by green and mineral nuances. The highly diversified palette of aromas is complex, with a ripeness of fruit that blends honey with toast, lemon with vanilla. The wine is dense and long, with an elegant, racy structure. Brilliant!

About the domain :
RVF - La Revue du Vin de France / Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France
Domaine rated (guide 2022) 2*Stars (These great estates, often endowed with fabulous terroirs, are must-haves which, thanks to their consistency and the excellence of their production, must be included in the cellars of discerning wine lovers).
About the domain :
This family estate, established in Chablis since 1815, changed hands in 2014, becoming part of the Faiveley family, which thus expanded its portfolio, already comprising 20 hectares of the finest Chablis terroirs, with four Grand Crus: Les Clos, Les Preuses, Vaudésir and Les Blanchots; four Premier Crus: Montée de Tonnerre, Mont-de-Milieu, Fourchaume and Vaillons, as well as Chablis and Petit Chablis. Olivier Bailly was appointed régisseur in 2014, and quickly refined the management of the elevages. From 2016 onwards, the return of high quality is evident, and this address is now one of the safest in Chablis.
