Les Blanchots Vieilles Vignes is a fine Grand Cru that opens with honeyed, toasty nuances, fresh, fruity notes of lemongrass, verbena, lightly mentholated with a background of honey candy... The woodiness is present, with delicate vanilla aromas. A real must-have!

About the domain :
RVF - La Revue du Vin de France / Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France
Domaine rated (guide 2022) 2*Stars (These great estates, often endowed with fabulous terroirs, are must-haves which, thanks to their consistency and the excellence of their production, must be included in the cellars of discerning wine lovers).
About the domain :
This family estate, established in Chablis since 1815, changed hands in 2014, becoming part of the Faiveley family, which thus expanded its portfolio, already comprising 20 hectares of the finest Chablis terroirs, with four Grand Crus: Les Clos, Les Preuses, Vaudésir and Les Blanchots; four Premier Crus: Montée de Tonnerre, Mont-de-Milieu, Fourchaume and Vaillons, as well as Chablis and Petit Chablis. Olivier Bailly was appointed régisseur in 2014, and quickly refined the management of the elevages. From 2016 onwards, the return of high quality is evident, and this address is now one of the safest in Chablis.
