Density and concentration on the palate are supported by very precise acidity. You can feel the reductive style of winemaking here, but it's balanced and promises a bright future. The flavor is long and pure. A very interesting Chablis.

By dint of perseverance and hard work, Jean-Marc Brocard and his teams are proving to anyone who doubts that quantity and quality are perfectly compatible, provided they have the means to do so. On a vast vineyard estate, the team regularly produces a wide range of Yonne whites. The generics are always pure, and the climats, in a deeper style, retain a sharp identity, without the cloak of wood. Labels featuring a little ladybug distinguish the crus worked in organic farming.
