About the domain :
An old Chablis family, the Michel's cultivate the very best areas, both premier cru and grand cru. The estate is one of the very few to offer the Grenouilles Grand Cru, whose main producer is La Chablisienne. Since 1969, vinification has been carried out in stainless-steel tanks, so the wines here often start off discreetly in bottle, but their minerality reveals itself without concern after a few years' cellaring.

Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos 2020 is full-bodied, textured and muscular, evoking citrus zest, crisp green apple, white flowers, freshly baked bread, marzipan and ripe peaches. Rich and concentrated, this is the fullest, most generous wine in the range, while remaining beautifully balanced.
