The 1er Cru Beauroy offers a complex, elegant nose, airy, subtle and very well-balanced. On the palate, its limpid minerality gives way to a silky, fruity texture. A white wine to be enjoyed with typical Burgundian dishes: frogs' legs, snails...

Curiously, I found this 2013 neither round nor fat, unlike the 2012 vintage. In fact, it's much more mineral and above all very fresh, with its flavors of green apple. In this respect, it reminds me of a Pouilly-Vinzelles. Unless it's been drunk too young.
