"The 2013 cuvée Soufflot, made from pinot noir alone, is the same barrel as the 2012 version, earning Stéphanie Colinot a second Favorite in two years. A consecration for the young winemaker, who has practiced a perfectly controlled eighteen-month barrel ageing process. The wine's velvety color is immediately seductive. Spices spice up a racy nose with hints of violets and red fruit. The palate is equally complex, with a frank attack, rich, dense, powerful and fine at the same time. Be patient a little longer with this bottle, which combines elegance and character, built for ageing". (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2017)
