"A delicious 100% Chardonnay!

"Aged 10 months in vats, this wine has a bright, limpid golden color. The nose is reminiscent of the chalky minerality of the terroir, mixed with brioche and lemon scents. The palate, initially lively and aniseed-flavored, reveals itself to be concentrated, full-bodied and energetic. The finish of white pepper and gentian gives it extra character. Lots of pep and expression ". (Le Guide Hachette 2022). The perfect gourmet pairing!

Bettane & Desseauve

Bettane & Desseauve

Wine rated 90/ 100

About the wine:

We like the fullness of this flowery, well-constituted mâcon, which will go from aperitif to table.

Decanter

Decanter

Wine rated (2020 guide) 91/100

About the wine:

On the nose, the wine has delightfully pure aromas of lemon and apricot. On the palate, the wine is clean and fresh, ripe but not overripe, pleasantly round and deliciously balanced. Made from a blend of 4.5 ha in the village of Azé, the fruit is pressed and fermented in whole bunches, then aged in stainless steel.

Vinous A. Galloni

Vinous A. Galloni

Wine rated 89/ 100

About the wine:

The 2019 Mâcon-Azé offers dried peach, mango and lime scents on the nose, a little simple but pure. The palate is round, with a waxy texture and a hint of spice. Beautifully cohesive, with hints of ginger on the finish, this is a promising Mâcon that can be enjoyed now, but should age well in bottle. Tasted blind at the BIVB Mâconnais tasting.
