About the domain :
Originally from the Chablis region, Stéphane Brocard left the family domaine founded by his father in 2007 to set up his own negoce, based in Longvic, just south of Dijon. He offers a fine range of wines in a dozen Burgundy appellations.

A lovely, well-balanced Chardonnay. The palate is suave, sapid and follows a clean, greedy nose. Superb with frogs' legs with parsley.
