"This 2015 comes from young vines hand-harvested at the very beginning of September, destemmed and macerated for a fortnight. Its majestic ruby color blends red fruits (cherry and raspberry) with peppery notes, nuanced with vanilla, licorice and menthol. Harmony is already present on the palate: rich, full-bodied, supported by silky tannins and a persistent finish. Concentration and the nobility of the terroir are the hallmarks of this bottle made for laying down". ( Guide Hachette des Vins 2019)
