"A great introduction to this pleasure wine up for grabs!"

"Adrien Michaut is an adept of mixed ageing (tank and barrel), including for his Petit Chablis. This cuvée proves him right, seducing the tasters to no end. A highly aromatic nose of fresh fruit and citrus is followed by a fleshy, crisp palate, where the fatness of the material marries with the minerality. A racy, highly harmonious wine". About the wine:

Adrien Michaut is an adept of mixed ageing (tank and barrel), including for his Petit Chablis. This cuvée proves him right, seducing the tasters to no end. A highly aromatic nose of fresh fruit and citrus fruit is followed by a fleshy, crisp palate, where the fatness of the material marries with the minerality. A racy, highly harmonious wine.

About the domain :

Henri Michaut planted the first vines in 1947 and was for many years a cooperator at La Chablisienne. Following in his footsteps, his family successfully embarked on winemaking; today managed by Adrien Michaut, the estate (HVE certified) covers more than 53 ha and has established itself as a sure bet in the Chablis region.
