Rodolphe Demougeot's Pommard 2022 displays a beautiful range of red fruit and floral notes on the nose. Balanced and elegant on the palate, with silky, full-bodied tannins. This cuvée is ideal with poultry with chestnuts or pan-fried mushrooms... A true vin de garde to be discovered and rediscovered year after year.

Expert opinion
Bettane & Desseauve
Rated 92/100 (Vintage 2020)
Domaine rated (guide 2022) 3*Stars (High-quality production that can serve as a benchmark in its sector)
About the domain :
Although Rodolphe Demougeot has been based in Meursault since 1998, since 1992 he has been developing an estate whose 7.8-hectare heartland consists mainly of a fine representation of the Pommard and Savigny-lès-Beaune crus. The red wines, made from meticulously sorted grapes, destemmed or not, vinified in concrete vats, have an energy that makes them drinkable from a young age in a gourmet style, very well suited to the restaurant trade and to those who like to drink their wines young. As for the whites, they offer uprightness and verticality.
RVF - La Revue du Vin de France / Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France
Domaine noté (guide 2022) Sélectionné (We remind you that this guide is a prize list and as such, all the estates that appear in it, even without a star, represent, in our eyes, the excellence of French production).
About the domain :
Rodolphe Demougeot founded his domaine in 1992. His red wines are energetic and dense, and age very well. Today, they are harmonious, free from the hard finishes that marked past vintages.
