Rodolphe Demougeot
Thanks to the respect for the land instilled in him by his winegrowing grandparents, Rodolphe Demougeot established his estate in 1992 in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune.

Initially, the vineyard of Rodolphe Demougeot covers 3 hectares in Hautes-Côte de Beaune, Pommard, and Beaune. Over time, Rodolphe Demougeot acquired new plots of land in the municipalities of Savigny-lès-Beaune, Monthelie, and Meursault, where he established his estate in 1998.

Today, the Rodolphe Demougeot estate comprises 8 hectares of vines, which he cultivates using sustainable methods in order to best reflect the identity of each of his plots. All of the plots are plowed and no herbicides are used. The grapes are harvested by hand, both for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Most of the work in the vineyard, as well as bottling, is done according to the lunar calendar.
