"The great charmer..."
A true Favorite that lives up to its name. On a shallow terroir of brown then chalky soil, this heart-shaped clos produces a cuvée that immediately charms us with its harmonious nose of intense fruit and woody notes. Supple, silky and fresh on the palate, it then reveals a charming yet silky structure with firm but not harsh tannins. Magnificent balance for a wine for laying down that's sure to give you plenty of pleasure.

Bettane & Desseauve
Rated 94/100 (Vintage 2021)
Domaine rated (guide 2022) 3*Stars (High-quality production that can serve as a benchmark in its sector)
About the domain :
Although Rodolphe Demougeot has been based in Meursault since 1998, since 1992 he has been developing an estate whose 7.8-hectare heartland consists mainly of a fine representation of the Pommard and Savigny-lès-Beaune crus. The red wines, made from meticulously sorted grapes, destemmed or not, vinified in concrete vats, have an energy that makes them drinkable from a young age in a gourmet style, very well suited to the restaurant trade and to those who like to drink their wines young. As for the whites, they offer uprightness and verticality.

RVF - La Revue du Vin de France / Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France
Domaine noté (guide 2022) Sélectionné (We remind you that this guide is a prize list and as such, all the estates that appear in it, even without a star, represent, in our eyes, the excellence of French production).
About the domain :
Rodolphe Demougeot founded his domaine in 1992. His red wines are energetic and dense, and age very well. Today, they are harmonious, freed from the hard finishes that marked past vintages.
