Drink or Keep
Like an unfolding map, the Savigny-les-Beaune landscape widens between the Montagne de Corton and Beaune. In its ruby color, this Savigny is discreetly tannic, preserving its red fruit flavors. Roundness and volume, balance and finesse, in just the right proportions, often evoke raspberries, with beautiful elegance.

Terroirs
The hillsides rise gently, then more firmly, from 250 meters to 400 meters above sea level, with the alluvial cone of the Rhoin and then the geology of the Montagne de Corton. On the Pernand-Vergelesses side, the south-facing slope benefits from gravelly soils scattered with ferruginous oolite. As you descend, the reddish-brown limestone becomes more clayey and stony. Opposite, the hillside faces east on limestone soils with sandy undertones.
