Pascal Clément - Rully 2021
91/100 RVF
"Lovely purity, slender, taut substance, quite scintillating freshness: a refined wine, very straightforward, very saline, digestible and thirst-quenching." (Le Guide RVF - Magazine July-August 2024)
Pascal Clément - Aloxe-Corton Les Valozières 1er Cru 2017
A 1er cru ideally situated just below the grand cru Corton Bressandes from which it derives its femininity and elegance, Les Valozières boasts a dark ruby, almost crimson color and a lovely bouquet of red fruits. Robust and distinguished, the palate is characterized by a firm, structured body, rich in chewiness and a very fine balance of tannins and acidity.
Pascal Clément - Pommard Les Chanlins 1er Cru 2016
Pommard's fame in the 19th century gave it the image of a virile wine. In reality, terroirs, vinifications and age nuance this portrait to offer a wine rich in sensitivity. This deep red offers notes of red and black berries, pepper and dried flowers, and can develop notes of leather and chocolate over time. All the more reason to let it age a little so that it opens up fully, offering a round texture and a delicate, assertive structure.
Pascal Clément - Savigny-lès-Beaune 2019
4/5 (1 review)
Like an unfolding map, the Savigny-les-Beaune landscape widens between the Montagne de Corton and Beaune. In its ruby color, this Savigny is discreetly tannic, preserving its red fruit flavors. Roundness and volume, balance and finesse, in just the right proportions, often evoke raspberries, with beautiful elegance.
Pascal Clément - Pernand-Vergelesses Les Belles Filles 2018
Subtlety is the hallmark of this Pernand-Vergelesses blanc, with its brilliant white gold color and nose of white flowers (hawthorn, acacia), followed by amber, honey and spices with age. On the palate, a mineral, harmonious and very amiable wine that will be the companion of your festive tables.
Pascal Clément - Saint Romain 2015
3.5/5 (10 reviews)
Cité Hachette
"Aged for eleven months in 20% new barrels, this wine has a woody aromatic profile that doesn't prevent fruit and flowers from expressing themselves. Rich and fat on the palate, it's already proving pleasant to drink." (Le Guide Hachette des Vins)
Pascal Clément - Savigny-lès-Beaune Dessus les Vermots 2017
4/5 (4 reviews)
91/100 James Suckling
"Very pretty nose of lemon and lemon balm. Medium-bodied but rather elegant with a nice smoky character and a long, crisp mineral finish. A very good wine for seafood. Drink it or keep it. (James Suckling)
Pascal Clément - Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru blanc 2017
15/20 RVF
-
92+/100 Robert Parker
-
94/100 Wine Enthusiast
"The 2017 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru shows beautifully, unfolding in the glass with scents of citrus oil, yellow pear, fresh bread and custard. Medium-dense to dense, it's elegantly textured, precise and fine-boned, with sly depth and persistence despite its understated profile. It's very well made." (Wine Advocate 2020)
Pascal Clément - Bourgogne Pinot noir 2018
3/5 (1 review)
88/100 Robert Parker
"Charming and exuberant, Clément's 2018 Bourgogne Pinot Noir overflows with aromas of red plum, cherry and spice. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, fleshy and supple, with an ample core of succulent fruit enlivened by a delicate touch that underscores its crisp, eminently drinkable fruit profile." (Wine Advocate 2020)
Pascal Clément - Meursault Les Narvaux blanc 2017
4/5 (4 reviews)
92/100 Robert Parker
-
92/100 Wine Enthusiast
"The 2017 Meursault Les Narvaux shows beautifully, offering aromas of citrus oil and crisp Anjou pear mingled with notes of beeswax and fresh butter. Medium- to full-bodied, satiny yet incisive, it's elegantly textured, with terrific depth and tension at the core, underpinned by a racy thorn of acidity that runs through the penetrating finish." (Wine Advocate 2020)
Pascal Clément - Chambolle-Musigny 2017
90+/100 Robert Parker
Often described as the Côte de Nuits' most"feminine" appellation, Chambolle-Musigny here displays intensity and finesse with elegant subtlety. Rich, bouqueted and complex, it coats the palate with silk and lace. Its fleshy delicacy does not prevent it from retaining a solid, long-lasting structure. Quite mellow, with little acidity, its tannins remain caressing.
Pascal Clément - Vosne-Romanée 2017
90/100 Robert Parker
"Sparkling in the glass with scents of raspberries and blackberries mingled with sweet spices and smoked meats, Pascal Clément's 2017 Vosne-Romanée Village is medium to full-bodied, supple and succulent, its generous core of ripe but lively fruit framed by lovely acidity and melting tannins. A marvel that will sit perfectly in your cellar for many years to come." (Wine Advocate 2020)
Pascal Clément - Bourgogne Chardonnay 2015
3.1/5 (7 reviews)
1*Étoile Hachette
"This Chardonnay is not lacking in assets, starting with a beautiful elegance on the nose, with notes of white fruit against a woody background. The fleshy, round, concentrated, slightly toasted palate finds its balance thanks to well-presented acidity." (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2018)
Pascal Clément - Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Boudriottes 2013
4/5 (1 review)
Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Boudriottes takes on a golden hue, elegantly revealing a rich, complex nose of ripe fruit. On the palate, the attack is vinous, elegant and silky, enhanced by fine acidity. A great white!
Pascal Clément - Savigny-lès-Beaune Guetottes 2014
4/5 (3 reviews)
1*Étoile Hachette
"A coherent wine, mineral and floral on the nose as on the palate, ample, airy and long, which leaves a beautiful impression of finesse and fullness." (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2017)
