Champagne Collard-Picard
Maison Collard-Picard was founded in 1996. Its origins, dating back to 1889, lie in the two noble terroirs of the Marne Valley for the Collard branch and the Côte des Blancs for the Picard branch.

Attentive to nature, the Maison Collard-Picard gently accompanies it through daily care and the most natural approach possible (ploughing, weeding...).

Every winter, memory, intuition and experience come together in the ever-renewed act of creation: blending. Maison Collard-Picard has added the necessary touch of modernity to its ancestral methods (ageing wines in oak barrels and corking as soon as they are bottled), with temperature-controlled vats and air-conditioned cellars. True to its core values, Maison Collard-Picard will always focus on quality, with a confidential production reserved for true connoisseurs.

3*Étoile Hachette

"A cuvée vinified in tuns using indigenous yeasts from coeurs de cuvée, i.e. the best presses from the 2012 harvest. A perfectly mastered recipe that has produced a golden color with green highlights, an expressive, fine and complex nose, at the beginning of evolution, of white and yellow fruits, Viennese pastries, acacia honey and roasting, a taut and invigorating palate from the attack to the long finish. A superb mealtime champagne". (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2018). A remarkable Blanc de Blancs from lovely, prestigious Grand Cru terroirs in the communes of Oger and Mesnil sur Oger!

1*Étoile Hachette

"One of last year's favorites. This version is frank, rich and long, and seduces with its flattering aromatic palette - toast, gingerbread, candied fruit, honey, vanilla and blond tobacco, which reflects its partial aging in wood." (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2016)
