A superb mealtime champagne.

About the domain :

In 1996, Caroline and Olivier joined their names, Picard and Collard, in the city and in the winery. Today, they have a 16-hectare estate in the Marne Valley and Côte des Blancs - with 1er cru and grand cru parcels grown organically - and, since 2013, a prestigious address in Épernay.
