"A tasty, fruity and tangy cuvée, rated 3 stars Favorite Hachette!"

"From the cherry, it has the color and perfume - the fleshy fruit, the stone, followed by a procession of small red berries: it "pinotes". The palate is in unison, with power, complexity and length. The secret of this rosé? Our tasters partly revealed it: "a rosé de saignée, I bet". It's obtained by maceration of black grapes. Here, pinot noir (60%) and meunier grapes from old plots in Cumières. Left in vats for 3 days, they contribute to the harmony of this champagne, which a juror would recommend with a duck breast with cherries". (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2025).

"Best-seller, simply sublime!"

"Often singled out by our tasters, this cuvée has won unanimous acclaim with this version, [...] which blends the three Champagne grape varieties (with 30% Chardonnay). We salute the springtime freshness of its nose, where white flowers are nuanced by aromas of citrus, yellow fruit and almond paste, well prolonged by an elegant, acidic and fresh palate". (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2024).
