"A tasty, fruity and tangy cuvée, rated 3 stars Favorite Hachette!"

"From the cherry, it has the color and perfume - the fleshy fruit, the stone, followed by a procession of small red berries: it "pinotes". The palate is in unison, with power, complexity and length. The secret of this rosé? Our tasters partly revealed it: "a rosé de saignée, I bet". It's obtained by maceration of black grapes. In this case, pinot noir (60%) and meunier grapes from old plots in Cumières. Left in vats for 3 days, they contribute to the harmony of this champagne, which a juror would recommend with a duck breast with cherries". (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2025).

About the wine:

From the cherry, it has the color and perfume - the fleshy fruit, the stone, followed by a procession of small red berries: it "pinotes". The palate is in unison, with power, complexity and length. The secret of this rosé? Our tasters partly revealed it: "a rosé de saignée, I bet". It's obtained by maceration of black grapes. Here, pinot noir (60%) and meunier grapes from old plots in Cumières. About the domain :

Family business established in 1921 in Cumières. Maurice Delabaye became a harvester and handler, launching his own brand in 1959. Germain, who succeeded him in 2001, transferred the headquarters of the estate to Damery, which now covers almost 11 ha, spread over ten communes (including Aÿ, Cumières, Hautvillers and Dizy). He is supported by his sons Victor (since 2014) and Yann.
