Hachette
"A tasty, fruity and tangy cuvée, rated 3 stars Favorite Hachette!"
"From the cherry, it has the color and perfume - the fleshy fruit, the stone, followed by a procession of small red berries: it "pinotes". The palate is in unison, with power, complexity and length. The secret of this rosé? Our tasters partly revealed it: "a rosé de saignée, I bet". It's obtained by maceration of black grapes. In this case, pinot noir (60%) and meunier grapes from old plots in Cumières. Left in vats for 3 days, they contribute to the harmony of this champagne, which a juror would recommend with a duck breast with cherries". (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2025).
