Guy Charbaut Champagne
Champagne Charbaut is a house founded in 1936 by the family's grandfather, André, who cultivated his first vines in the village of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, near Epernay. One of André's two sons, Guy, decided to create his own entity following the death of his father, who passed on all his expertise and the reins of the House to him; this marked the beginning of Champagne Guy Charbaut. Since 2010, Guy's son Xavier has been running the House, accompanied by his wife Nathalie and their daughter Hélène.

Spanning 20 hectares, the Champagne Guy Charbaut vineyard, which is managed using sustainable viticulture methods (HVE certified), is ideally located on slopes classified between 90 and 100% on the Crus scale, enabling the Charbaut family to consistently produce champagnes of exceptional quality. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier are among the blends used in Guy Charbaut's champagnes, of which there are eight, including six Premier Cru.

Keen to satisfy their customers and develop their wine tourism business, Xavier and Nathalie Charbaut decided to embark on the adventure of opening a bed and breakfast in 1999. They welcome an international clientele for a tour of their cellars, a tasting, and even a champagne dinner, during which they can introduce them to their cuvées, which are complex and refined, reflecting their passion.
