Champagne Bruno Paillard
Maison Bruno Paillard, "a small but prestigious young Champagne House", was born in 1981. The first Bruno Paillard Champagnes were born in a rented cellar, with grapes purchased from carefully selected winegrowers.

The vineyard grew steadily and today covers 32 hectares (divided into almost 70 parcels: Oger, le Mesnil sur Oger, Vertus in Chardonnay (36% of the total), Bouzy, Verzenay, les Riceys in pinots noirs (35%), Hautvillers, Cumières, Reuil, Damery, Festigny in pinots Meuniers (29%) of which 12 are Grands Crus. It supplies around half of Maison Bruno Paillard's needs. This supply complements the grape purchases made from independent winegrowers, our loyal partners, in over 30 villages.

The vineyard manager, Mathieu Pingret, practises integrated viticulture in line with the high quality standards of Maison Bruno Paillard. The Bruno Paillard style is a combination of elegance and complexity: light, unctuous effervescence, remarkable purity, genuine freshness and silky vinosity.

Today, Maison Bruno Paillard produces 4 to 500,000 bottles a year, 75% of which are exported to some thirty countries - mainly in Europe, Asia and North America.

"Remarkably elegant, combining minerality and aromatic richness, it's sure to win you over!"

Bruno Paillard's signature Première Cuvée Extra Brut is a highly personal interpretation of the entire region. It is the fruit of over 30 crus from the noblest terroirs of Champagne, whose composition is kept secret. Crystal-clear and sophisticated, this cuvée is perfect as an aperitif or to accompany a sophisticated meal.

Bruno Paillard - Brut Première Cuvée

15/20 RVF

Note : RVF 15/20
With very redcurrant aromas, evolving with aeration towards morello cherry, wild strawberry and violet, this Champagne rosé reveals on the palate a sensation of ripe red fruit captured in all its freshness, confirming the olfactory impression. The finish is fresh and refined, very elegant, long enough on the palate without being heavy. A surprisingly lively wine!

Notes : RVF 15,5/20, Guide Hachette 2**(Remarkable wine)
" This cuvée offers all the distinction expected of a pure Chardonnay. It has been produced "en petite mousse": fine bubbles rise from its clear color. The elegant nose combines delicacy and power, with floral and toasty fragrances. The palate, in unison, combines silky fullness and tension. A distinguished champagne for the aperitif". (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2014)
