Champagne Pascal Lejeune
The Lejeune family runs a 4-hectare vineyard on the southern slopes of Epernay. At the crossroads of the Marne Valley and the Côte des Blancs, they produce top-quality Champagnes with the "Viticulture Durable en Champagne" and "Haute Valeur Environnementale" labels. In 2022, the family created an entirely new range, replacing the previous cuvées.

From a Premier Cru terroir and a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Meunier, this cuvée expresses itself with dynamic bubbles in the glass. The nose is complex and expressive (almond, pink grapefruit, white flowers). After a fresh attack, the firm, dense palate glides to a tangy, salivating, almost chalky finish.

The estate's first cuvée, Champagne Brut is both harmonious and elegant, reflecting the style of the Lejeune family. Its round, gourmand aromas, marked by notes of pastry (shortbread, nougatine), are comforting. Fresh and ample on the palate, with notes of white fruit and almond paste on the finish. An ideal aperitif wine!

This new cuvée from Domaine Pascal Lejeune seduces from the first intense, complex and delicate nose. The passage of the still wine in barrel for several months gives it a rounder texture, while retaining the freshness and minerality of a champagne. Fruity and generous on the palate, with dominant notes of tangerine and spices (cinnamon, ginger), this is a true gourmet Champagne.
