The estate's first cuvée, Champagne Brut is both harmonious and elegant, reflecting the style of the Lejeune family. Its round, gourmand aromas, marked by notes of pastry (shortbread, nougatine), are comforting. Fresh and ample on the palate, with notes of white fruit and almond paste on the finish. An ideal aperitif wine!

Aperitif champagne, fresh and not very sweet. Very good value for money.

Champagne that we've adopted for its value for money for many years, although we're also fans of tastings from other estates, but it remains at the top of its price range. We enjoy it as an aperitif, or in the afternoon, with its liveliness, fine bubbles and fruity flavors. It would benefit from a year in the cellar (but with my partner, that's not easy!!!).
