"A white that smells divinely of the South!"

"Bright, light gold. A fine, floral profile, a duo of Vermentinu and Biancu Gentile in a refined version, as always with no wood to bring out the saline character and enhance the minerality of the place. The structure is very invigorating, ripe and fresh, with the Biancu Gentile adding fleshiness. All in all, this is a fresh, full-bodied, fine white that's equally at home at the table or as an aperitif". (Le Guide RVF 2025)

Domaine noté (guide 2022) Award-winning wines (The wines of this producer are regularly awarded by the guide)

About the domain :

Yves Leccia, an oenologist involved in the revival and promotion of island wines, set up his own estate in 2005, after running the family business with his sister for some fifteen years. Today, with his wife Sandrine, he manages a 16-hectare vineyard on clay-limestone and schist soils in Poggio-d'Oletta. Certified organic since 2017, it is one of the pillars of the Patrimonio appellation, which is also often recognized for its Muscats.

All in all, this is a fresh, full-bodied, fine white that's equally at home at the table or as an aperitif.

About the domain :

Yves Leccia and his partner Sandrine run a vineyard located mainly on the E Croce and Partinelone plots. The land is ploughed and tilled, and organic fertilizers are used. In recent years, the estate has innovated with new wines such as O Bà, Biancu Marinu and L'Altru Biancu. These carefully-crafted wines remain good ambassadors for Corsican vineyards, but care must be taken not to erase too much of their individuality: some of the wines, more formatted than in the past, give pride of place to technicality.
