"Mostly Grenache-based, very pale rosé with a fine, fresh profile, hints of citrus and white pepper. We appreciate its acidic character and purity, a light, thirst-quenching rosé that makes perfect sense as an aperitif and, of course, as an accompaniment to fish or grilled white meats in all their forms. Drink within three years". (Le Guide RVF 2025)

Expert opinion
Bettane & Desseauve
Domaine rated 1*Star (A serious, recommendable production, in line with what one has the right to expect from its appellation(s))
About the domain :
The vineyard lies at the heart of the magnificent Ortolo valley, and produces precise, cleanly vinified wines that lack the individuality of the best. We especially recommend the rosé, which perfectly meets expectations.

Domaine rated (guide 2024) 1*Star (Stars in the making or quality winegrowers with a good level of production, you won't be disappointed when you taste the wines from these estates)
About the wine:
A predominantly Grenache-based, very pale rosé with a fine, fresh profile, hints of citrus and white pepper. We appreciate its acidic character and purity, a light, thirst-quenching rosé that makes perfect sense as an aperitif and, of course, as an accompaniment to fish or grilled white meats in all their forms. Drink within three years.
About the domain :
Created in 2000, this estate, set in the enchanting Ortolo valley, has been entirely planted with 16 hectares of vines surrounded by maquis, a privileged place where mountains meet hills. The first certified organic vintage was 2005. Élisabeth Quilichini's hard work is bearing fruit, producing a rosé, a white and two red wines of excellent quality, aged in foudre and capable of ageing well. The estate has happily evolved towards reds with a perfumed, infused character, and last year earned a well-deserved first star.
