Bodega Coto de Hayas was created by a group of winemakers in 1984, now led by Javier Vela. This brilliant and discreet oenologist, madly in love with and passionate about Grenache, works relentlessly to preserve a fair and balanced culture with the utmost respect for the grapes, in order to bring them to the winery in optimum condition. He gives the same care to the simplest Bodega Coto de Hayas wines in all three colors, as he does to his great red Grenache wines.
