Bodega Grandes Vinos
Bodega Grandes Vinos was originally founded in 1997 by 5 groups of winemakers from the Cariñena region, with the participation of the Aragon government. Bodega Grandes Vinos produces DO Cariñena wines of character that reflect the personality of their terroir, with "absolutely stunning" value for money, in the words of Robert Parker.

The Bodega Grandes Vinos vineyards are spread over 14 communes, and are planted at altitudes ranging from 320 to 850 meters. The soils are predominantly clay with limestone in the plains and poor on rock at the foot of the mountains. The climate is continental, with cold winters and very hot summers. The average temperature is 14.4ºC, with annual rainfall of 435 mm, May and June being the rainiest months of the year.

The grape varieties grown at Bodega Grandes Vinos are mainly Grenache, Tempranillo and Maccabeu, the three native varieties of the region, but also Carignan, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay. Bodega Grandes Vinos is strongly committed to a strategy of environmental protection. Bodega Grandes Vinos DO Cariñena wines are exported all over the world.

From the clay terroir of Aguarón, province of Zaragoza, this Cariñena 100% Tempranillo develops intense aromas of strawberry, raspberry and peppermint. Delicious, crisp and medium-bodied, it's perfect served slightly chilled for summer evenings with charcuterie or grilled meats. Screw cap
