\r\n \r\nThe Bodegas Casajus vineyard, protected to the north by small mountains covered in pine and oak, comprises 20 hectares of Tinta del País (Tempranillo) vines over 50 years old. The region's specific climate ensures the best balance between acidity and fruitiness in the wines produced. What's more, cultivation techniques, vinification and ageing are the fruit of a rigorous family heritage. \r\n \r\nA passionate descendant of a family of winemakers, José Alberto Calvo Casajus decided to make his own wines, intervening at every stage of the production process.
