"The Antiguos Viñedos (old vineyards) show superb freshness for a warmer, riper vintage like 2012, resulting in a livelier wine than expected. The cooler Quintana de Pidio zone and the old vines bring a very nice balance to the vintage conditions, and the naturally balanced juiciness benefits very well from the wood ageing.
