Javier Zaccagnini, also co-owner of Aalto in Ribera del Duera, created Ossian with the sole aim of producing Spain's finest whites. Columela is the estate's second cuvée, 100% Verdejo, with 85% of the vines free-standing (not grafted), this 2009 is characterized by its fine aromas of white flowers and fine notes of almonds. The grape variety brings a lot of personality, with good acidity and freshness. A splendid Rueda to discover!
