“Los Pinos 0%, which gets its name from the fact that no sulfites are added , does not have the profile of the usual “natural” wines. On the contrary, the nose is quite clean, even if not grandiose. It is a blend of Grenache, Monastrell and Syrah, harvested together and fermented in cement tanks with their indigenous yeasts, then aged for eight months. It has a nose of black fruits, ripe without excess, and the palate is balanced with round tannins, good acidity and a very tasty, slightly chalky finish.” (Wine Advocate 2016 - Robert Parker)
