"The Soplo 2020 is a young Garnacha with some 10% Monastrell and Forcalla and moderate alcohol (13.7%). It was fermented with 20% whole bunches in stainless steel with gentle vinification and aged in oak vats for 12 months. It has a brilliant ruby color and a fragrant, expressive nose, young, blending fruit and flowers, elegant and with a fresh palate with very fine tannins, great texture and very concentrated, clean flavors. “Los Pinos 0%, which gets its name from the fact that no sulfites are added , does not have the profile of the usual “natural” wines. On the contrary, the nose is quite clean, even if not grandiose. It is a blend of Grenache, Monastrell and Syrah, harvested together and fermented in cement tanks with their indigenous yeasts, then aged for eight months.
